Approach
Direction is a discipline, not a destination.
The work follows a simple conviction: the cost of changing direction grows with every week spent on the wrong path. So we challenge early, explore widely, and correct continuously.
How the work unfolds
01
Listen & map
Understand the real situation — technology, market, organisation and constraints — before proposing anything. Most wrong directions start with a wrong map.
02
Challenge assumptions
Every plan rests on assumptions. We make them explicit and test the load-bearing ones first, while changing them is still cheap.
03
Explore alternatives
The first viable path is rarely the best one. We deliberately explore divergent options before converging — including the uncomfortable ones.
04
Commit & correct
Decide, act, and instrument the path so that corrections come early and small. Direction is a series of decisions, not a single one.
“When results disappoint, our instinct is to do more of what we already know.”
